We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Engineer to join our engineering team. The candidate will support design, development, testing, and execution of engineering projects, while gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of senior engineers. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, analysis, and implementation of engineering projects.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, R&D, etc.) on project execution.
- Support troubleshooting, problem-solving, and process improvements on assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Document project progress, test results, and prepare technical reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related discipline).
- Knowledge of engineering fundamentals, tools, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
